page not found

Hello,

I recently updated to the newer versions on rtMedia and rtMedia Pro. Since then, when I click on a groups page media tab, it says page not found. It won’t even let me view photos that are in the groups page main feed.

Is this a common error? How can I fix this?

Hi Justen,

Please check media for group is enabled in rtMedia admin settings under BuddyPress tab.

I did that.

All the settings are where they need to be and where they were before.

There is still a page not found issue.

Hi Justen, It may be permalink issue. Try re-saving permalinks.
