Page not found – rtMedia 3.0.6- Buddypress1.8 on WordPress 3.5.2

Same issue on my new site. BP 1.8, WP 3.5.2. Debug info

PHP 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.18 MYSQL 5.5.27 WordPress 3.5.2 BuddyPress 1.8 rtMedia 3.0.0 OS Linux Imagick ImageMagick 6.5.7-8 2012-08-17 Q16 www.imagemagick.org GD 2.0 [php.ini] post_max_size 100M [php.ini] upload_max_filesize 50M [php.ini] memory_limit 512M

How can I get you guys to log in and fix the issue. When I try to upload media I get no display on activity feed, and when I click on media tab it says page not found.

Hi, I got the same issue as described : When I try to upload media I get no display on activity feed, and when I click on media tab it says page not found.
My set-up :
PHP 5.4.6
MYSQL 5.1.49
WordPress 3.5.2
BuddyPress 1.8
rtMedia 3.0.0
OS Linux
Imagick Not Installed
GD bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
[php.ini] post_max_size 64M
[php.ini] upload_max_filesize 64M
[php.ini] memory_limit 128M
