In many countries nude contents have to be hidden to visitors by the law, so photographic sites use fiters on the thumbs of the image style “nude content” it would be very usefull to have this tool and allow members (subscribers) to disable it from their personal profiles.
Other good stuff: already sugested to have the possibility, for an administrator, to put a custom flag on the thumbs of selected images; in a photographic community, have an immedite look of featured images is very important.

You can use media moderation feature -> https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/docs/admin/rtmedia-settings/moderation/ of rtMedia-PRO for your first suggestion and can use moderation count to filter them out.
Regarding featured media, media author can set his own featured media -> https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/docs/admin/featured-media/ if allowed by admin. You can also use Favlist feature -> https://rtcamp.com/blog/rtmedia-pro-2-4/ of rtMedia-PRO and can manage your own list and show them using shortcode.
