Options Upload Not working in my site

Hello Dear,

I have integrate the “rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress” plugin with my site. But “Options Upload” is not working in my site. You can check the given below url.

I have check the this plugin is working with default twenty fourteen wordpress theme but it is not working with “themeforest-communityjunction-buddypress-theme”. Can you please resolve this problem but functionality has been conflict with your plugin.

Hi Tarsem,

I have checked the functionality in default themes and in our premium theme InspireBook and it shows and works as intended. We don’t provide support for third party themes. I suggest you to report this issue to the theme developers. Thanks for writing to us.
