Options to on/off securing admin tools/areas

Hi,

Thank you for this great free tools to make life easier. I would like to request team to have an admin tools securing off/on, for some reason that’s blocking to me make my workflow. As I was trying to connect my DB remotely it wasn’t connecting, I know it’s me but for starters like me it’s hard to get it work.

Please detail me to connect it remotely.

We always feel that connection between admin tools and system must be encrypted, that why it is behind SSL. If you want to remove SSL from it do following steps.

ee site edit 22222

and remove ssl spdy so that it will look like following.

listen 22222 default_server;
