I don’t think its coming from our plugin. As per my knowledge we haven’t given such a functionality for comment notification on pictures.
And if you are taking about the emails which site user received, then at is generated by BuddyPress.
Please cross check it and give us screen-shot or URL, so we will be more clear on it.
