Nginx redirect virtualbox

Hi! Help me please … I have a virtual machine with ubuntu 18 installed in virtualbox with vagrant.

I Installed nginx and created 2 sites with their respective domains pointing to ip 192.168.1.124 (I can access the 2 sites from my browser, google chrome of my Windows machine perfectly) which is my local network.

I want to test nginx’s geoip module - redirect to another url or block requests from others countries (I already made the configuration in the nginx.conf and in server block of site1

I’m not an expert but how can I do these redirect / block tests from my local machine? Since I need external traffic to test! Pd: sorry for my english
