Nginx-proxy entry for docker container

is there anything in v4 that creates an NGINX-PROXY entry like the --proxy=1.2.3.4:123 switch from v3? If not, what is the best way to create a reverse proxy entry for a custom container?

i’ve been struggling with it too this several days. I’ve been editing configuration in nginx-proxy folder and didn’t have any luck any clue?
