Nginx errors when updating vhost config for fastcgi_cache

Hi!

I’m currently following this tutorial: https://rtcamp.com/wordpress-nginx/tutorials/single-site/fastcgi-cache-with-purging/

When attempting to update the vhost config I get the following error: 2014/10/31 19:18:13 [emerg] 12324#0: duplicate location “/” in /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/xxx.xxxxx.xxxxxxx.com:37

I noticed that part of the config had already been automatically added to /etc/nginx/conf.d/fastcgi.conf.

Are these steps now obsolete?
