I had the free version of rtMedia installed and when I clicked the status textbox on the Activity page I got upload buttons to appear and things seemed to be working. But I installed a new theme (Bounce by GhostPool) and suddenly the buttons don’t appear and I can’t add media. If there are hooks in the code the theme developer need to place there, I’m sure he would do it. He provides pretty amazing support. I just don’t know how to describe the problem to him and what hooks to ask for. I even uninstalled rtMedia and re-installed it with the theme in place and that made no difference. Can you help with this? BTW, I’ve tried IE and Chrome and it behaves the same in each. Thank you.
