@canuckcrafts, We are looking into it and will get back to you soon. We are in the process of debugging the issue.

Here is the debug data ... sorry, did not see the requirements when I first reported. I was using RT Media fine ... either Pro or the My Cred seems to have caused the error message ... I think it is My Cred.

@canuckcrafts, We tested the scenario and it seems to be working on our side. Still we would like to debug it on your server or on the development environment of yours if you have any. Can you provide the admin access for the same on "[email protected]", so that we can look into the matter.

The mycred plug in is inactive and therefore not generating the error.

You must Activate the plug in to see the error.

The only way to get access to the site was to rename the directory which causes the Plugin to be automatically disabled ... it remains disabled until manually reactivated.

Problem has not been solved ...

Please close this call until I can create a TEST site ... I had to disable RT Media Pro as my albums created using WPPA would not work ... will let you know when I am ready to try again ... in the meantime the site needs to up as I am going to go public on Saturday ... changes to RTMedia Pro are going to have to wait.
