but unfortunately couldn’t run ioncube successfully
There is something very unexpected about the ls -l output. It only shows ionCube files. However, it should have the opcache file there, plus other extensions, according to the php.ini file:

zend_extension=/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20180731/opcache.so

So where are the other extensions that should be in that directory?
