So I apologize I did not know that you were in India and I have not written any reviews. But I think it would be good to let people know that there might be a delay because support is coming from India.

I am frustrated that I spent so much time and your plug in did not work after I followed your instructions and that is why I wrote that to get your attention.

On every page of our forum, we have mentioned about support hours with timezone.

I am copying that below for your convenience again.

"General Support Hours: Monday to Friday. 10AM to 8PM (IST)."
