Mp4 to avi, mov, webm

Hello,

Hello, currently my users can only upload MP4 video files. Is it possible to change this so that my users can upload both mp4 and avi. mov, or webm videos?

Another method is to convert other video files like avi, mov, webm etc to MP4.
