Hi, I am not sure if this is possible but I am using rtmedia on my buddypress site and would like to know how to set it up so users can also upload video in avi, .mov, or direct from iPhone… right now rtmedia only allows mp4… thanks for any help or advice… matt

By default rtMedia allows .mp4 video file format.
If you want to add extension other than mp4, you need to subscribe for encoding service. For encoding documentation you can refer this link -> http://docs.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/getting-started/audio-video-encoding/
