The above issue only happens in chrome for android.
When tapping 'select' it goes straight to the camera and doesn't bring up the option to load a picture from the phones gallery.
I can confirm that this is an issue with Android 4.2.2 and on Android 4.1.1. Can't narrow it down to Chrome for Android or rtMedia.
