Missing Media Page

I just found a problem with my media tab in BP. When I click it, I get the page in the “media” image I uploaded. None of my other BP pages look like that, I’ve uploaded other images as proof. I’m currently running the latest updates for Wordpress, BP & rtMedia. I use a Genesis framework theme that’s also up to date. I’ve disabled all of my plugins and nothing changes. I have tried switching to a standard wordpress theme (2014) and get the proper page. Since this worked, I performed your Template Documentation hoping that it would fix it, but no luck. At this point I’m lost and would really appreciate your help.

Thanks for responding. I’ve added both pieces of code, but it’s still not working. The meta and banner has disappeared, but the page still looks the same. I added a pic to the feed, you can see the results in the images.

I had checked rtMedia with Genesis v2.1 and is working fine.
Please check it with other plugins disabled.
