I keep getting the message "rtMedia : Please Migrate your Database Click Here. ", but each time I click here and then Start from the Migration page, it results in the error message “Error durng migration. Please refresh the page and try again” which of course continues to result in the same error message ad infinitum.

Help, please!

Have you tried the migration by deactivating other plugins? The migration should work.
If still you are getting error, share your WP login details and server access at [email protected].
