Message "Please keep this plugin activated for redirection to work"

Hi!

I have installed and activated the plugin properly.
When I try to run it, it is displayed the following message:

“Please keep this plugin activated for redirection to work”

And I don’t know what can I do, I have deactivated and activated it, and still doesn’t work.

Anyone can help me?
