Hi Rtmedia

I am wonder how to do this (Media Size) LARGE setting ? I want to display ALL images on FULL size, however, all those images it stays small when I viewed them?

I even did the Large setting the Width 1280 x Height 640, FREAKY! NO LUCK?

Can anyone help me how to make the correct setting?

Another question is what about the Thumbnail and Medium, which image area they belongs to anyway?

Hello @DamnDramaQueen,

You can set the media thumbnail size from the rtMedia admin settings. You will see different media types as categories under Media Sizes tab.

Thumbnail size reflects the media under media gallery( e.g. under media tab).

Medium size will reflect the activity media posts.

Large size will be used when the media is displayed in the lightbox.

You can modify the image size according to your requirement and try uploading new media to see the impact.

Hi Pranalipatel,

Thanks for the link you refer me to. ya, I think because for the LARGE setting is checked for CROP. That’s why is not showing large images on the light-box. I will sett CROP to off then.
