So I noticed that when media is uploaded, the count is not correct. It always shows “0” next to the “Media” text in the profile even if photos are uploaded.
Please check moderation setting from rtMedia admin setting that whether moderation is ON or not and also check for moderate media from {site_url}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rtmedia-moderate.
If medias are under moderation (if any) than you can approve them and than try uploading a new media and check.
Still shows "0" even if I allow the photo when moderation is on.
