Media Pages For rtMedia

All of the pages I have for media for buddypress as in Albums, Music, Videos and Photos all come back to Page Not Found and no uploads are being allowed by the activity or wall pages for any user member. I am getting 2 error codes kick back.

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined ping:1 Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains. http://realistikmusic.com/members/therealistiknetwork/media/music/.dpbs Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

As per the error message, it seem like related to Facebook App is not configured correctly or its not approved by Facebook. Please refer this https://www.facebook.com/help/community/question/?id=542958419109491

Can you cross check if any facebook related WordPress plugin you are using on your site? Deactivate that, hope that will resolve an issue. If you have paid customer of rtMedia Social sync addon, feel free to use premium support https://rtcamp.com/premium-support/.

I have removed all of this, and changed themes to double check, it is still happening. I am seeing a blank page at buddypress-media/log/index.php on my database. The media being uploaded, does upload by the uploader, but when posting, it does not index or show up. I have no facebook apps synced up.

P.S. I Would love to upgrade, and am really looking to do so, but I want to make sure I can get this for what I need before I spend the $200.00

Hi Lee,

I’m just a customer, not official support.

yourdomain.com/wp-content/plugins/buddypress-media/log/index.php should be empty. There’s nothing in that file to display. It’s literally, just an empty php file.

I do see that: http://realistikmusic.us/members/therealistiknetwork/media/ contains no content

What happens if you switch to the TwentyFifteen theme and disable all plugins except rtMedia? Does that work at all? What’s in the error_log for your website? Anything useful? What happens when you turn debug mode on? (Google wordpress debug mode).

As a customer, I’ve been a customer for over a year here, and happily recently renewed. This is the best plugin for the money by far and everything works quite well.
