Media Page Not Showing Up

Hello! I just installed rtMedia. When I went to my Buddypress profile I saw the tab for “media”. When I click on it, I get this. http://www.hotcarshotcurves.com/members/flabeautiesyahoo-com/media/ The area on the bottom left is puzzling. I’d assume there would be area’s to upload photos, videos, etc.

I went to my permalinks and re-saved them, thinking that may help, but to no avail. Any idea what may be wrong?

@flabeauties, try applying solution suggested here -> https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/docs/developer/templating-system/theme-media-tab/ Does it work fine with WordPress default theme and other plugins (except BuddyPress) disabled?
