Media page instead of lightbox

I am running rtMedia 3.0.10 on WP 3.5.2, BuddyPress 1.8 and PHP 5.3. When I select an image for viewing in an album the background slider overlay with left and right arrows pops up as expected, but then the WordPress media page and photo loads in the background rather than within the lightbox.

I’ve used the previous version of BuddyPress Media successfully on other sites and this is a fresh install of the new rtMedia plugin. Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.

Hi,
This looks like a theme issue. Could you check the same with the default theme. Also try deactivating the other plugins on your site.
