The media links on profiles and groups keep leading to 404. I did do the fix to set pretty permalinks on and off but every time a new person registers it breaks again..
@henry-tafolla - That is strange it doesn't happen on our end here. Are you sure its not some other plugin conflicting with the rules?
Resolved: This ended up being an issue with some code I placed in my functions.php.
