Media button wont show after activating the plugin

Hi

Thanks for your plugin, you did an awesome job. I have installed your plugin on my site and it shows the media button when I click on each member, how ever when I click on Media it is NOT showing any of the the following buttons: All Albums Photos Videos Music Upload and it opens a blank page, would you please let me know how to fix this issue. here is the link to my site: http://michaeljazfeelgood.com/
