Media/Album/Photo Count Discrepancy

For a single profile, the media and album counts are off for me.

The attachment shows how the Media tab has a count of 0. The album count has a count of 4. When clicking Albums, the message 'Sorry, no media items were found in this album.' appears. I can confirm that there are no albums or pictures for that profile.

What database value holds the media count?

Hi,

The counts keep going off from time to time. This functionality is being revised. Till then you can use the Recount button in the settings panel to fix counts.

Regards.

I can provide some feedback on this (I can replicate the problem).

Start on page:

http://example.com/members/username/photos/view/156/

Now change the word "view" to "delete" in the URL like so:

http://example.com/members/username/photos/delete/156/

Bang! You'll see the counts reset to 0.

The delete functionality has got a few bugs and as you can see with recent releases we've been decreasing bugs and improving features. We are looking into this and this should be taken care of in the upcoming version.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but my album counts are off and I dont see a 'recount' button in the settings. Here's my info:

@colabsadmin - We are working on this and it should get solved automatically in the next release.
