Masonry came with the last update. But how does ist work? Via shortcode???

In order to enable Masonry, click on rtMedia in your WordPress Dashboard. Then, under Display, set Enable Masonry Cascading grid Layout to ON. Masonry-style galleries are now enabled for use across your site.
