The error log is clean. I am really unable to figure out what exactly could be causing the issue.
Are you setting images as featured? If not, try setting the thumbnails you want shown, as featured images.
We have kept a fallback for extracting images from the content in case featured images are not set. So I doubt that it must be looping through all your posts in a given page, trying to extract an image from each posts content. Try this out and see if that solves your issue.
We will soon be updating rtPanel too as lots of things have changed in WordPress 3.5.
Images where not set as featured images, my client did not know... And it shows thumbnails when no featured image is set, so it was fine by him... Now he changed it and it seems to work now! Thanks!
