howdy, what a wonderful service. the free offer is very generous. i neglected to write down my api key upon initial activation before upgrading wordpress. when i go to activate rtmedia api key in the new installation the prompt says i am already registered and does not provide a key. without the key to enter i do not have the functionality. thank you for any assistance

You can either use another email address to generate a new key or search in your mail inbox with this subject line “Your Encoding Service API Key” to find old key.
One API key is associate with one email only.

thank you, i had forgotten about the email. doh! i thought it auto filled the api key at sign up from the plugin page.
