If the user uploads a cover image and then deletes the activity the ability to change the cover image is lost. This was repeated several times. I tried removing all plugins, reinstalled the theme, delete the theme via FTP and deleting the site …and cleaning the DB and the function does not come back. The only way it comes back is to to a fresh install of WP so this tells me this some how causes a fatal/corruption to the core files…
This is a serious one guys!
