Is the “Login” widget on the Ispirebook demo not included with the actual theme download as I do not see it under Appearance > Widgets?

Please advise. Thank you.

Login widget is our custom plugin we used on demo sites. This plugin is not publicly live.

You can download it from our GitHub repository.

I was just gonna say the same thing lol “Where is the Login???”

Then i read the response and i was like YES! Only question now is where are the Social login buttons on the demo site? do we need another plugin, if so? where can i get it?

Yes you need another plugin like social login from what I understand.
