Hello @mahwash,

Where exactly are you facing these issues ( under media tab or any post that uses shortcode )? Can you specify page URL?

Could you please once cross-check by deactivating other plugins and activating any default theme of WordPress to avoid any conflicts?

I have just sorted out the issue, it was a plugin issue (comet cache), i disabled it and everything is working fine.
