When you look at a media via the lightbox, when you click on the previous or the next button, it displays the pictures on the activity stream instead of that specific user’s other media. How can I restrict those nav button to stick to the specific user?

In activity lightbox will show media of activity-feed only. Sorry to say, but it’s not possible.
