Hi,
I moved serveral installations between different development plattforms and thus URLs, now the license doesn’t activiate again, although the backend here say 0/1 activation. But when I enter API and email simply nothing happens and it stays not activated. Maybe I moved to often?

I have the same problem. after last update of rtMedia Pro licence doesn’t work. And for 24h there is no response from so called “premium 1-to-1 support” we paid for.

ok, I was answered today. Turning off and then back turnig on helped. Now I can see that the licence is activated
