Let’s Encrypt showing not secure orange sign

My Let’s Encrypt SSL showing a not secure orange sign even after renew it.
this affects same to all the child domain belongs to the main domain.

maindomain.com
child1.maindomain.com
child.2maindomain.com

what would be the problem exactly.

You mean the web browser is showing ‘not secure’…? Are you loading any resources in the page using http:// instead of https://, e.g. images or javascript/external css? If so, update those URLs.

For the subdomains, have you added a certificate for each subdomain?
