I’ve purchased the Kaltura add-on and set everything up properly. I’m using BuddyPress. I recorded a video from my iPhone and it converted it to video format, however it when I hit play on a mobile device it just spins and doesn’t play the video. Please advise.

Apologies for the late reply. Yes, we have faced the issue in iPhone and we’re working on it. We will release a new update of plugin as soon as the issue will fixed.
