Issue with iOS

Hi All,

I have an issue when I try to upload a media file through an iPhone (iOS 9.2). The RT Media version is : 3.10.1

I do not have the RT Media icon when I want to edit a note until I have select the note field. Then if I clic on this icon nothing happens. I am not able to select and upload anything.

Do you have the same issue, is there a solution ?

Hello @Aquirio,

We tried to upload media using iPhone ( iOS 9.2 ) but couldn’t reproduced the issue with BuddyPress activity attachment. By default the upload media button is hidden. Once you start posting in activity by clicking on text-area it will be displayed automatically.

Please once try to upload with WordPress default theme and other plugins disable to debug the cause.
