Issue & Question to Wordpress Album Feature

Hi,

i just tested the “Wordpress Album” Feature on my Site. I added a test album, but unfortunately there is no media after uploading images through the metabox. I dont get any error messages i get a green “uploaded” but no files where uploaded to server or added to database.

Any ideas why this may not work?

Second Question:

Is it possible to let Users upload their media to the Global Wordpress Albums like it is possible with the rtMedia “Default Albums”?

Hi Eleonore,

WordPress Album is working fine on our side. Could you please check again with default WordPress themes and other plugins disabled ? It might be a plugin conflict or a theme issue.

As for the second question, it’s not possible. Let me know what happens on using standard themes and other plugins deactivated.
