Issue Adding Music Media to Playlist

I am using rtmedia pro version 2.5.9 or 2.5.21. Both are giving the same results.

In firebug I get the following errors:
POST http://domain.com/user1/media/7/add-to-playlist/ 404 Not Found

“NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://domain.com/user1/media/7/add-to-playlist/”

The response of the POST is
{“status”:“error”,“error”:“Not found”}

Any pointers as to what might be causing this?
