Is it possible to auto install a specific theme or other plugins?

I would love to be able to automate the next few steps in my current flow which are:

  1. Install my custom theme and child theme
  2. Install a couple additional plugins

Is it possible to do this with EE, and if not any ideas on how I could streamline those steps?
