Is CDN supported in EEv4? if someone know that please give a way how to do that?

I asked the same question some time ago and never got a direct reply to that, but from what I understand, if you install WP with a Redis cache option, you should obviously not replicate those caches in W3TC. I’d probably turn off everything except CDN in W3TC.

I definitely wouldn’t install w3tc with easyengine. I used to use this and it worked well https://wordpress.org/plugins/cdn-enabler/
