Hello. Uploading photos from iPhone 7 library (iOS version 11.3) is not possible. Is it possible it comes from the new format HEIC of Apple ? Have you an idea or a solution to solve this problem ? Thank’s Eric
You cannot upload video from Iphone through default rtMedia set up. Iphones create MOV video files and rtMedia only accepts MP4 video by default - you can fix by using the transcoding plugin https://rtmedia.io/transcoder/ and test with free plan - it will then allow video upload directly from Iphone. I ran into same issue and this quickly resolved it.
