We recently upgraded WP and BP and BP Media to the following: WordPress 3.5.2 BuddyPress 1.7.2 BuddyPress Media 2.15.4
When a user clicks on a group it generates an invalid activity within the group and site news feed. Refreshing the page generates the same comment with a newer timestamp.
e.g. "John Doe created an album John Doe’s Album 2 secs ago"
This even occurs for non-members except the name portion is blank. The activity URL link generates an invalid 404 e.g. groups/groupname/album/1234 even though we have no group albums active.
Does anyone know how to resolve this bug?
