yes, you can follow the tutorial on debian 9 from Howtoforge :
All steps are the same, excepted the section about the php.ini file. With EasyEngine, you will have to edit the file /etc/php/7.0/fpm/php.ini and not /etc/php/7.0/apache2/php.ini
