I read on your comments that you can use this command

ee site create example.com –wpfc –hhvm –pagespeed

Does it mean that one can install hhvm and pagespeed the same time on the server?

Yes you can install hhvm and pagespeed the same time on server .

ee site create example.com --wpfc --hhvm --pagespeed

HHVM doesn’t play well with all WordPress themes and plugins.

That’s why we provide HHVM as an experimental features.
