We host video streaming content on a couple of CDN services but want to convert our users stuff using this plug in on our site. I need to convert the videos on one server but place them on another one for use. Any suggestions?

If you use our FFMPEG addon, it will take over all video uploads and pass them on to the Media Node that will then convert it and send it back as a WordPress attachment.
The conversion service can rest on another server as seen in the attached screenshot, you just have to enter the IP of this server.
Now, as far as CDN is concerned, any CDN setup that deals with WordPress attachments and file uploads will work well with BuddyPress Media, as well.
