Instagram effect not working for windows

I installed rtmedia instagram on windows server . Finnaly my imagemagic start to work but the plugin is not workin. I can see a names of different effects but the image is the same. I am using windows server with php 5.4 . many thanks in advance

Is there any errors you are getting? If you can see different effects, it means rtMedia Instagram working.

Can you please cross check by deactivating other plugins and use default WP theme?

It tooks a while but its working now. just one effect lomo is alwas black.many thanks:)
