Image moderations isn't working

Hi, unfortunatly the image moderation suddenly doesn’t work. It’s active. When I upload an image it doesn’t show up in the moderation list. What went wrong?

Please cross check the rtMedia settings? it may be set as 0 and “OFF”. We haven’t changed anything in moderation. Also, kindly cross check if other memership or moderation plugin you are using and creating conflict in your site.
