I need to switch the server from a to b how can I do the fastest with easyengine v4? easyengine v4 support me in the conversion? I’m thinking about syncing folders but it seems too manual (rsync scp…). Can anybody suggest me a better solution?
If you are using wordpress, backup your site with Duplicator plugin, download .zip file and installer.php, install easyengine in new vps, create site in new vps and copy the details like database name, db password, db user, etc.
Now delete all the files inside htdocs folder of newly created vps and upload .zip and installer file you downloaded before. Point your DNS to new server and run yoursite.com/installer.php. Enter database details and you are done.
